Contact Best IPTV: WhatsApp or email, day and night

Every message to Best IPTV is read by the same team in Dublin, 24/7, and answered in English. WhatsApp suits a quick back-and-forth while you stand at the TV; email at [email protected] suits anything you want on record. Ask as much as you like before ordering.

Get in touch

Two ways to write, and one way to order

WhatsApp

Quickest when you are standing by the TV, remote in hand. Snap the screen, make the one change the team suggests, and reply in the same thread.

Email

Better for anything you want dated and kept: a refund request, a payment question or a note of your end date. Replies come from the same address.

Ordering

Each plan on the plans page has a button of its own that starts a WhatsApp message with the plan and its euro price filled in. The team answers with the payment link.

Keep card numbers and bank logins out of every message to us, and out of chats in general. The only place card details belong is the payment company’s page that our link opens. Quoting your username back to us is fine when something does not work.

Before you pay

Questions to ask before you buy

Six questions worth asking, with our answers
AskOur answer
Will a player run on my TV?Send the make, model and year. Recent sets usually find a player in their own store; Samsung and LG sets from before roughly 2018 may not get current versions.
How many screens can play together?Verdict 3, Verdict 12 and Verdict 24: one at a time. Verdict 12 Duo: two at once. Three or more: no plan.
Will my line hold 4K?Each 4K screen wants about 25 Mb/s held steady; take the reading on the TV or stick, since a phone flatters the line. Full HD gets by on about 10 Mb/s, HD on about 5.
When does the plan end?On the date in your login message: three, twelve or twenty-four months after payment.
What does the refund cover?A login that never arrived, or nothing playing on any screen despite our help, within 7 days.
How do I pay?One euro payment, through a secure link: debit or credit card or PayPal. Nothing renews.

These are fair questions for any seller, not only us. A seller who will not answer them before taking your money has told you something already. The guide to choosing the best IPTV provider lists the other warning signs, and the plans page sets the four Verdict plans side by side.

Refunds

Asking for a refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of your payment. Two situations qualify: no login message ever arrived, or not one screen in your home showed anything even after the team stepped in to help.

What it leaves out: a change of heart, and 4K that labours on a line whose speed was explained to you before you paid. Once approved, the refund goes back along the route it came by, card or PayPal.

For the exact terms, see the refund policy. Write to us before going to your bank: a problem is usually settled faster in a message than through a card dispute.

Put in the email

  • The date you paid
  • Card or PayPal
  • The device and player on each screen
  • What each screen showed, with a photo if you have one

When we answer

Hours: 24/7, in English

Setup questions tend to arrive in the evening, when the TV is on, and at weekends, so messages are read through the night and on bank holidays as well. Logins go out roughly 2 minutes after each payment, whatever the hour, which means a late order is not a wait until morning.

If the answer may already be written down, the setup page has a table of common problems and their fixes, and the buyer guides go deeper on each device and each kind of line.

FAQ

Questions about contacting us

Can I ask questions before I pay?

Yes. Tell us the screens, the devices and the line, and we will suggest a plan or say plainly that your setup will struggle. Nobody is pushed to order.

Is anyone there at night?

Yes. Messages are read 24/7, nights and bank holidays included. A message that names the device and includes a photo gets a useful reply fastest.

Is email fine for ordering?

Yes. Send [email protected] the plan’s name and say one screen or two. Email then carries the payment link to you, and later the login as well.

Will you ever ask for my card details or a password?

Never in a message. Card details are typed only on the payment company’s page, reached through our link, and we never ask for the password of any other account.

Can someone guide me through the setup?

Yes. The team takes you through it on WhatsApp or by email, one screen at a time, while you hold the remote. A photo of each step you reach makes it quicker.

Unsure about your TV or line? Write first

Two lines about your screens and your broadband are usually enough for a clear answer. Ready to go ahead? Every Verdict plan carries its own order button, and the login lands about 2 minutes after payment.
