The data an order creates

We hold the contact you wrote from (a WhatsApp number or an email address), the Verdict plan you picked with its first and last day, and the messages we exchanged. Card and PayPal payments run through a payment company, which keeps the card details on its side. This website places no cookie for adverts or for following visitors.

What it is used for

Sending the login, helping with setup, answering your questions, writing a receipt when you want one and paying back a refund. We never sell it, pass it to marketers or use it for promotions.

How long it stays

Order records are erased three years after a plan’s end date. Payment records stay six years, because Irish tax rules require it.

Your GDPR rights

Write to [email protected] to see your data, correct it or have it erased; the answer comes within a month. You may also bring a complaint to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
